Cinnamon Apple Bread

Back with a recipe today!  This week has been a busy one.  I had a slight head cold and work was just packed.  Some great things happened though.  At work specifically there were so many wonderful conversations with clients about being more flexible with food and seeing people feel more empowered is amazing.  This was also week two of my seminars on intuitive eating with Evelyn Tribole.  This weeks’ session came with a helpful exercise I wanted to share with you all.  Plus, I’ve got a very tasty snack or breakfast treat that is perfect for a cozy fall day. The idea of listening to our bodies seems difficult and maybe a tad hippie-hippie.  But turning inward is very possible, and really helps you let go of any previous rules and/or just negative thoughts about food and/or your body.  You don’t need anyone telling you what or how much to eat or exercise, you can just list to what feels good.  It does take practice, and it takes being able to listen.
